The coaching journey starts with an in-depth face-to-face consultation, learning your unique health history, genetic story, challenges, and goals. DNA testing forms a critical foundation for this as it determines the exact nature of the nutrition and support that your body requires. But your lifestyle, personality, and goals all affect the best method for implementing these changes so that they feel easy, not hard.
