I'll be using the low GL nutritional programme pioneered by Patrick Holford to utilise nutrition to improve stress and energy levels and increase well-being. It will also include stress management and motivational coaching throughout the 4 weeks.
In order to qualify for this trial, you will need to:
Have an interest in improving nutrition to benefit stress& well-being
Be able to commit to a 4-week programme of once weekly1.5-hour sessions (in the morning, evening, or lunchtime, to be decided depending on participant availability)
Provide feedback and give your permission for theresults to be published anonymously as part of anational research project on nutrition and health
